FRIDAY

6:00pm- 9:00pm        Introduction, assessment of movement, and testing


SATURDAY

6:00am - 7:00am        Breakfast

7:00 am - 11:00am     Lower body strengthening and conditioning

11:00am - 12:00pm.   Core Workout

12:00pm - 1:00pm.     Lunch

1:00pm - 2:00pm.       Core workout

2:00pm - 5:00pm.       Upper body strength and conditioning 

5:00pm - 6:00pm.       Break/Recovery

6:00pm - 7:00pm.       Dinner

7:00pm - 8:00pm        Evening program: Nutrition

                                                                                          8:00pm - 9:00pm        Evening program: Train like a champion

                                                                                         6:00am - 7:00am.        Breakfast

                                                                                         7:00am - 9:00am.        Hike, weather permitting

                                                                                         9:00am - 10:00am       Core workout

                                                                                        10:00am - 11:00am      Flexibility/ Recovery

                                                                                        11:00am - 12:00pm.     Lunch

                                                                                        12:00pm - 3:30pm.       Plyometrics, agility and speed
